VER 101 (Beta)

 - Fix CV handling range on certain params.  
 - Add toggle param for pitchshifter dest on Tape Delay.
 - Disable CV on some reverb pre delays to avoid lockup. 
 - Fix EXT/INT clock mode switching with CV issues.  
 - Add extra headroom to Quaidra & Almicon reverbs to handle 16vpp signals without clipping at extreme settings of size etc.
 - Fix Almicon pre-delay not actually doing anything.
 - Make clip LEDs slightly less forgining and apparent. 
 - Avoid clicks on digi delay when externally clocked.
 - Sum L+R inputs on crumbulator, tape delay, all 3 reverbs. 
 - Manual minor updates. 
 - Bump version to 101 (Odd versions considered 'beta' releases).
