* FIRMWARE UPGRADE NOTES

Connect Pamela's PRO Workout (PPW) *unpowered* via USB-C port on left
side of the module to your computer (using a known working cable!). A
'Pam' external drive should appear on your computer. Copy the firmware
file onto this drive and await for the copy to complete. PPW will
eject indicating update complete.
