 + Fixing encoder double click so that it sets the internal frequency to middle C, not taking into account any v/oct input.
 + Change chords to match new MCO-MKII list. Allows support from NOH Modular's Pianist module.
 + Adds Diminished, Minor 9 and Major 9 chords and removes Major 4.
 + Adding Level offset to calibration.
 + More headroom on calibration.
