MCO Firmware Update v106
A new MCO Firmware v106 is now available! New features include CV control over user presets, random preset generation, a multimode filter added to the DigiWave voice and selectable functions for the A and B buttons of the AXON-2 expander. Grab the update from the MCO page here.
User Preset CV Control
Control over user preset loading can be assigned from external CV or any of the built in modulation sources on the MCO. Under external control, presets are loaded immediately and parameter editing is locked. A small 'MOD' displayed at the top right of the screen indicates that preset modulation is currently active and voice parameters cannot be edited.
Random Preset Generator
The parameters of a voice can now be randomised from the presets page by selecting +Random preset. Global parameters like pitch and chord as well as envelope settings and CV assignments are not randomised to preserve usability.
DigiWave Multimode Filter
The DigiWave voice now includes a state variable filter featuring low pass, high pass, band pass and notch filter options. It features parameters for Cutoff and Resonance both of which can be assigned control from any of the built in modulation sources or external CVs.
AXON-2 Button Assignments
The A and B buttons of the optional AXON-2 expander are now assignable to various functions. Options include UI control, octave up and down, load next or previous global user or local voice preset or triggering of the envelope and built in LFOs.
