Shipping Charges

We charge flat rate shipping dependant on destination country. The shipping price will be displayed on the checkout page once the destination address has been entered.  

Shipping Methods and Times

We aim to ship orders within one working day of recieving an order. If an order is received before midday we will very likely ship the same day. 

We use a combination of DHL, FEDEX and Royal Mail for shipments. Generally we use FEDEX for international shipments. 

For approximate shipping times you can expect 1-2 days for UK orders, 3-5 days for European and 4-9 days for international. 

Shipping Import and Sales Tax

All UK orders include a 20% VAT in the sales prices. For orders outside of the UK this 20% is excluded from the price but depending on where you are you may then have to pay local sales tax when the item is delivered.

Shipment Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number. You will be notified of this via email once your order has been dispatched.
