Shipping Charges

We charge flat rate shipping dependant on destination country. The shipping price will be displayed on the checkout page once the destination address has been entered.  

Shipping Methods and Times

We aim to ship orders within one working day of recieving an order. If an order is received before midday we will very likely ship the same day. 

We use a combination of DHL, FEDEX and Royal Mail for shipments. Generally we use FEDEX for international shipments. 

For approximate shipping times you can expect 1-2 days for UK orders, 3-5 days for European and 4-9 days for international. 

Shipping Import and Sales Tax

All UK orders include a 20% VAT in the sales prices. From the 1st September 2026 for orders outside of the UK, where applicable, calculated local taxes and duties will be added to the final itemised checkout amount and the order then shipped 'Delivered Duty Paid' (DDP). 

Please contact us via shop <at> busycircuits.com if you would like to place an international order and ship non DDP. Note shipment will still liable for any local import duties/taxes and shipping costs may be increased due to available carrier selection. 

Shipment Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number. You will be notified of this via email once your order has been dispatched.
