Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you wish to return an item please contact help <at> busycircuits.com with the details of the order you wish to return. We should respond within one working day to further advise. 

Note it's the responsibility of the buyer to ship and pay for the return of the goods. Please ensure the goods are returned in good condition. You must include all original packaging. It is strongly advised you ship with a tracking number. 

Once the return is received and processed we will refund to the original purchase method. This can take 2-3 days. 

Warranty

Generally all electronic items come with a 2 year warranty (from purchase date) unless otherwise stated. Refer into individual product documentation for specific warranty policies.
